How to read the MEP without Cable


1. Access the Help Me menu on your Blackberry phone. Hold the following keys:
ALT CAPS(at the same time) or ALT Shift H.
Make sure your phone is on the main screen before you begin.

(For the 8100/9100, press ALT + R + A + C + E)
(For the Storm,hold the BACK arrow, and tap the screen in the following areas:TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT, TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT)

2. You will now see the Help Me! screen. Scroll down and Enter the following information into the above boxes:
App Version (example: 2101a932)
PIN (example: 4.6.0.216 (365)
Uptime (example: 1896)
Key Duration (set it to 1 Day)

*Do not leave this screen, if you do, start again as the Uptime will change.
3. Once you have entered all of the required information into the above boxes, the Unlockology.com Blackberry system will generate a Unique Number Key.

4. Enter the Number Key on the Help Me! screen. You will not see what you type. If the code has numbers press Alt before the number. If it is a letter, only enter the letter.
5. If the code is accepted you will see Engineering Screen Contents
6. Scroll down and click on OS Engineering Screens
7. Now scroll down and click on Device Info
8. You will now be in the Device Information screen
9. Scroll down the Device Information screen and write down the following information:

MEP Number (example: MEP-xxxxx-xxx)
PRD Number (example: PRD-xxxxx-xxx)

10. Enter this information in the boxes provided on the product description, before adding to cart and checking out. With this information we can correctly process and expedite your Blackberry Unlock Code.
