- Once the unlock code is ready, we will email your code as well as a link to the unlocking instructions.
- The code will also be placed on the site. Just login to your account to check it. This helps avoid problems of any emails that might get transferred into your Spam box.
- Turn-around time: 1-6 hours (orders placed 8am-11pm EST).
- 99% of the calls or emails we receive have to do with turnaround time and the omission of the IMEI number(s) during the checkout process.
- The information we need to insure that a proper unlock is generated is the following:
- Phone Brand & Model
- IMEI Number (obtained by keying in *#06# from dial pad or from the status menu (blackberry phones).
- Only include the first 15 digits of the IMEI number. DO NOT separate the number with dots or commas (this will delay your order)
- Each phone only has its own unique code, and most phones only allow a few attempts to enter the code. Please read any supplied directions carefully before attempting to unlock your phone. If you accidentally hard-lock by entering an incorrect code too many times, you will not be refunded.
- Once you have entered the correct unlock code, your phone will never re-lock even if you upgrade the software or hard-reset your phone.
